We are located in Camarillo, CA, so locations close to us will receive their orders within a few days. It can take up to a week for the rest of the country.
Customers in Southern California can have the option to pick up at a nearby lighting store. Contact us if you wish to do this (1-2 days handling time).

LFU OFFERS A LIFETIME WARRANTY
Lifetime warranty applies to all fixtures at no additional charge.
LED Bulbs and individual LEDs have a 40,000 hour warranty. To get the maximum life out of LEDs, LFU recommends not using LEDs for longer than 12 hours a day.
LED Bulbs and LEDs, thus, have a minimum 10 year warranty. Warranty claims after 10 years will be handled on a case by case basis, but we will usually accommodate claims much longer than 10 years, as we do not expect customers to have their lights on for 12 hours a day, every day.
Halogen/Incandescent Bulbs are warrantied for one year.
Transformers have a ten year warranty.

Please note that the warranty, in most cases, does not cover: physical abuse, damage as a result of improper electrical installation, or damage from using more than 50W bulbs (35W for Bi-Pin and PAR36 fixtures). We will not cover water damage as a result of fixtures being placed underwater.. Only our underwater lights are covered for pond and/or fountain installation; they are not meant for pools. Our fixtures are IP65 rated so rain is covered. They are also CE and ROHS Compliant.
We will cover return shipping one way for warranty claims. Customers must send defective products to us, and once they are verified as defective, we will send out replacements free of charge.

LFU only honors warranty claims where the customer purchased the product from us, whether through this website or Amazon. We must also be able to locate the original order to verify this. For Amazon orders, we will need the order ID #. For website orders, we will be able to look the order up by name.
NOTE: If you receive an order that is defective and/or missing parts, you have 30 DAYS from the date of receipt to notify us. Any time after the 30 day window is solely up to our discretion. Thus, please check your orders to ensure parts are there. This policy is in place to ensure that customers are not saying they did not receive a part, months (or years) after their original order, when they actually broke (or lost) the part.

We accept returns for items that have not been used or worn within 30 days of receipt. Note that we charge a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping as well.
We will refund or replace any orders that: were processed incorrectly on our end, contain broken/nonfunctional product(s), or any other error that is solely our fault, without any restocking fee. We will cover return shipping in the above case(s).
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Lighting Factory USA, LLC Online Store:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item for credit from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from Lighting Factory USA, either through the Lighting Factory USA Online Store or from the LFU Amazon Store can be returned to Lighting Factory USA. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the parts, materials, and accessories that were included when you received it.
Return requests outside of 30 days will be handled on a case-by-base basis, but we do NOT guarantee any returns after 30 days will be refunded. If we do approve a return outside of 30 days (or if the product(s) have been used/opened), then a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply, particularly if the product is in a non sell-able condition.
If the product is returned used and/or without original packaging, then we reserve the right to refuse any return and will not refund.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Our fixtures are CE and ROHS compliant. All of our fixtures are also IP65 rated, meaning they are water and dust proof, but cannot be submerged. Our underwater lights are an exception to this, as they are IP67 rated, which means they can be submerged. We do not recommend our underwater lights be submerged deeper than 20 feet.
Our electrical components, wires, and sockets, are all UL Listed and CSA certified. For UL information, most of our fixtures use UL number: E189672. This information can be found on the lead wire of our fixtures.
Our fixtures are meant for outdoor/landscape usage only. We do not recommend that they be used indoor. Please note any indoor usage will not be covered under our warranty and we will not be held liable for any damage, loss, injury, or anything else resulting from indoor usage.
Please be sure to use a low voltage landscape transformer for our fixtures. The operating range for our fixtures is 11-18V AC. LED integrated fixtures are DC capable, and we will still cover them under warranty if using a DC power source, but we still recommend using AC. We do have 2 flood lights that are standard 110/120V. They do not have “plugs” and still require electrical wire connections.
